The Polymer Competence Center Leoben (PCCL) is organized as a non-profit limited liability company (Non-Profit GmbH). This structure ensures a strong focus on scientific excellence and industrial relevance.

The ownership structure is distributed as follows:

  • Upper Austrian Research GmbH – 26%
  • Graz University of Technology – 17%
  • JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft GmbH – 17%
  • Leoben Holding GmbH – 5%

This ownership structure brings together leading academic institutions and regional innovation and research partners, forming a strong foundation for close collaboration between basic research and application.
