Gender Equality Plan

Our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is a strategic document in which we, as a company, set out our commitment to achieving gender equality. The GEP is valid for a specified period and includes specific goals, measures, and monitoring mechanisms to eliminate gender-based imbalances. We are currently in the validity period of the 2nd PCCL-GEP (2024–2027).
